Aidan Williams, 17, of Mill Valley, stated he desires to make musical instruments and schooling offered to children who would not or else have entry.

The project was born out of a yearlong assignment in Cathryn Bruno’s sophomore English class, he reported. Learners had been tasked with coming up with an essay-fashion pitch for a venture to make a difference in the entire world.
Learners could post their pitches to the Changemaker Challenge, a Bay Space nonprofit for youths.
“I’m impressed by him and his vision,” Bruno reported. “It’s just so inspiring and I’m so very pleased of him.”
The Changemaker Venture has worked with nearly 2,000 youths in 30 international locations, mentioned AnnaLise Hoopes, founder and executive director. Williams gained the 2020 “global pitch” levels of competition.
“He observed a clear want in his community and he developed an innovative method to solve it — that’s specifically what our judges want to see,” Hoopes stated. “I have been extremely amazed with Aidan’s diligence in continuing to produce Crescendo Hook up right after his funding was awarded. With the help of Crescendo Connect, some small children have benefited from donated keyboards. Williams has also developed a network of teen instructors to volunteer their time for on the net lessons.
