Peter Bradshaw, a metal guitar participant for The Historical past of Gunpowder and a native of Dawson Creek, spoke remarkably of the pageant and the region. Despite possessing executed at several festivals more than the summer time, he found the Kispiox Valley Music Festival to be a new and unforgettable working experience.

“I’m just delighted to see so lots of attractive, receptive people and a good viewers. And to be treated so well,” Bradshaw said.

“Coming into the town, we observed the beautiful totem poles, which produced me sense in awe, and a minimal bit unaware. I desire I understood much more and I would like to invest some extra time here.”

The pageant drew individuals of all ages, from little ones to seniors, as attendees appreciated the riverside occasion. Between them ended up Percy Gavronsky and Kathy Gavronsky of Terrace, who praised the festival’s new senior pricing alternative. As a substitute of a established rate, seniors were not billed for day passes and had been encouraged to donate instead.

“We got our rate waived — not for the camping and all the peripherals — but if we required to occur in just for the day, it would’ve been nothing,” Peter Gavronsky explained. He also reflected on the festival’s broad musical spectrum, expressing “there’s something for every person and there is each variety of audio you can feel of.”
