Today, Aimer cracked open a new emotional rock song ONE AND LAST, taken out of the upcoming album Hoshi no kieta yoru ni (星の消えた夜に). An album compiling a bunch of Aimer’s B-side tracks, scheduled for January 26, 2022!
The digital single ONE AND LAST sits as the theme song for the theatrical version of Anata no Ban Desu (Your Turn to Kill), a thriller and mystery film based on its TV series counterpart. Both the film itself and the song were released on the same day and notably, both works feature the former idol in Nogizaka46, Nishino Nanase.
While Nanase takes on a support role in Anata no Ban Desu, she is the main star in Aimer’s music video. In it, we can marvel at Nanase’s expressive performance as she’s cornered by a disturbance, causing the world to crack and shatter.
